As first-time home buyers, we were very much in the dark about this process, but Kate went above and beyond to be helpful and supportive of us. She was very accommodating to our busy teaching schedules. Often we wondered how Kate could possibly have any other clients because she was doing so much for us! We are both happy with our new home and can’t thank you enough.
